Eleven riders including 4 guests took off from Limerick, via Ennis down the North shore of the Shannon Estuary to meet the ferry at Killimer. Coffee, apple tart and lots of talk was had at the old gaol in Tarbert.
Then it was “stands up” for a sunny spin up the Southern shore via Foynes to Limerick. Its easy to understand why this is a favourite biking road.
